Use:
In foodstuff industry, its used as leavening agent, flour dough correctives, fermentation adjunct and buffer of yeast feedstuff and brewing as well as the additive of animal feedstuff.
Its used as flame retardant of wood, paper , and fabric, dispersant in fibrous processing and dye industry, glaze of enamel, accessory ingredient of fire-refractory coating and powder extinguishing agent. Its also used in printmaking and medical manufacturing. In addition, Its used as nitro phosphor complex in agriculture.
