- THE REEL BRAKING SYSTEM, of
NEW conception, is equipped with N. 2
disks in spheroid cast iron of big
dimensions (d. 850 thickness 40 mm.) that
grants a long braking efficiency in the most
exasperated working situations.
This one is controlled by N. 2 separated
circuits:
a) During the warping phase, the
immediate reel stop is granted by N. 2
collets oil controlled.
b) During the beaming phase the tension
of the yarn is kept constant by one or two
collets air with reference to the
programmed pull on the numerical control.
This system allows to have a wide braking
range and allows also to prepare beams
with few yarns and with a low tension or
beams with a lot of yarn and a high
tension.
