Plastic roof tile-

Fangxing Geloy resin tile is made from Geloy resin manufactured by GE American. Traditional

roof tiles pattern with rich colors in light slab that is easy to install. It is a very sturdy slab, resistant to wind and 

hail, can also be used where a high esthetic factor is required.

1. Colorfast

As top layer material, Geloy anti-climate engineering resin made by GE is extraordinarily suitable for outdoor use.

Even exposed to ultra-violet radiation, dampness, heat, chillness and impact, the products remain the stability of 

color and physical properties. Tests held in Aging Test center of Arizona and Florida prove that E is less than 5 

within 10 years.

Fangxing Geloy resin tile has passed 12,000h accelerated aging test in China National center for Test of Chemical 

Building Materials with the test result of E=2.22.

2. 100% Self-waterproof and self-cleaning

The surface of Fangxing Geloy resin tile is dense and low water absorption.

The accessories and fittings which are specially designed can achieve a perfect waterproof .

Fewer joints in the roof compared with traditional roof tiles of small size, Fangxing Geloy tile greatly reduce the 

possibility of leaking. 

After washed by rain, it can be as clean as new and there will be no such situation covered by moss.

3. Anti-load

Fangxing Geloy resin tile have good anti-load performance.

The test conducted by Shanghai Municipal Building Material Component Quality Supervision and Test Station 

proves that in condition of 750mm supporting span and 150kg applied load, there is no crack in the tile and the tile 

is not damaged. 

4. Anti-impact and Low Temperature Resistant

Falling sphere impact test: a 1kg steel ball falls freely from a height of 2metre onto the tile and no crack is thus 

made.

After ten cycles of freeze and melting, there is no swelling, frothiness, peeling-off or crack.

5. Anti-corrosion performance

Fangxing Geloy resin tile is excellent in anti-corrosion, which will not decline due to the erosion of rain and snow. 

The resin is resistant to many chemical materials such as acid, alkali, salt, etc. Therefore, it is very suitable for the 

applications in coastal areas with serious salt fog corrosion and the areas with serious air pollution.

6. Light weight and Easy to installation

The weight of Geloy resin tile is 5.8kg/~6.1kg/, lighter than traditional roofing tiles, and easy to handle.
