AT6170A/AT6170B Double-Component Solvent Polyurethane Adhesive

AT6170A/B is a kind of dry laminating double-component alcohol solvent polyurethane adhesive, widely used in laminating of various treated film like BOPP PET PA CPE CPP AL etc .

     It complied with US FDA 21CFR175.105.

4.       Mix Ratio By Weight

Solvent is isopropyl, modified methanol, ethanol, purification shall be up to 95%. Ethanol is the recommended solvent.

Operation Instruction:

     Standard mix ratio: AT6170A to AT6170B=6:1, in case of high humidity circumstance, please add more hardener, please choose the proportion according to operation environment.

     Dilution: add the solvent to the main agent, stir fully , then add the hardener and stir fully again .

     Working concentration: 20-35%, best working concentration is 30%.

     The coating weight: the coated weight on dry base is generally 1.5-3.0g/, but should be changed by the type of film and the weight of the filler.

     Evaporation: For evaporating the solvent completely, the drying tunnels should generate enough air speed , air volume and suitable temperature, temperature shall be controlled around 55-85. If the drying device is three sections structure. The temperature from entrance to exit should be 55-65,65-75, 75-85 C.degree respectively.

     It is recommended to raise the pressure and temperature as possible, but do it without damaging the film. The laminating rollers temperature : shall be set to 50-80 generally. If the laminated plastic films are sensitive to temperature .temperature shall be set to 50-60, and 70-80 for other films.

     Curing: The products laminated will be cured at 40-50 C.degree for over 12 hours before cutting and making bags.

5.       Package

Main agent is 18kg/barrel. Hardener is 3kg/barrel.

6.       Storage

AT6170A/B is flammable material, Please keep it in cool and dry place,  its quality guarantee is 12 months. Please use up quickly as possible after open the package.
