Introduction:

Crack width tester is made by the micro-measurement head, LCD display with a scale-line,VPS connection cable and test calibration plate. Connect cable between the screen and the measuring head, composes 50 magnification display system. The scale line is printed on board, respectively 0.02mm, 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, and 0.1mm,it is used to verify the instrument magnification.

Measuring method:

    Two feet of measuring head is close to the measured crack, can see the magnified crack on the LCD screen, tuning the position of measuring head, so that crack is vertical with baseline as far as possible. According to the number of shared scale-line cracks, interpret the crack width.
