EVA toys release agent

The series of SD release agent is mainly made of SILICON , high performance latex release agent which is maded by particular emulsion reaction are used in EVA jet , sole ,slipper , EVA froth sheet toys .in accordance with Occident environmental standard and pass SGS ROSH , nontoxic ,odourlessness , nonirritation , forming stable film and smooth surface ,it will not rust the mould ,demoulding is convient , it can make metal and nonmetal keep smooth , reduce the mould maintenance cost , it is stable ,can be used with water optionally ,will not seperated .

Feature

l       it will keep primary viscosity with great temperate change ,will not be oxygenized easied, not react with most chemical substance

l       long service life can be kept as long as 1 year in the condition of seal or normal temperature

Use measure

*dilute with water dependently (according to practical operation , can be diluted by 30200 times ) , then spray ,soak ,brush or play on mould surface directly .
