4 Character: Colourless column crystal, odourless, slightly deliquescence relative density 20.4, melting point 60, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. When heated to less 100, soluble in crystalline water; when heated to 100, losing crystalline water, going on heating and becoming NaPO3.

5 Uses: It is used as buffer, characteristic improving agent, emulsification agent, nutritional supplement, antioxidizer brine penetrable agent, sugar clarifier, stabilizer, coagulant, fowl depilatony agent.

6 Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and a woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

7 Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and hot. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
