Applicable scope

This instrument is an ideal instrument intended to conduct supervisory, controlling and remote water sampling for environment protections and at the sewage treatment plants; meanwhile, it is an ideal tool for the various sewage treatment enterprises to meter the concentrations of incoming sewages and to calculate charges.

Major features:

1.    This instrument is designed at a high degree of intelligence, provides a real-time network communication interface RS-232/RS-485, accepts the information from an upstream instrument or a designated control device, and enables the functions such as settings for, executions of and responses to the remote sampling;

2.      The control section of this instrument is designed into an advanced embedded system, provides very strong intelligent sampling functions, and enables water sampling per the user demands and in four ways (preset duration and preset quantity, preset flow and preset quantity, preset ratio of liquid level, preset duration and ratio, preset quantity etc);

3.      The sampling bottles (24 bottles) are arrayed as a sector in a spherical case for compact structures and big sampling quantities;

4.      The sampling system is designed at a high degree of intelligence and in a compact structure, the sampling tank is filled and moves accurately and stably, the pipelines are of novel designs and free of pollutions;

5.      This instrument is designed with reverse purging before and after sampling, and sampling pipelines are free of residual sewage buildups to ensure the truthfulness of the samples;

6.      The sampling bottles and boxes are of high volumes and kept at a constant temperature within the 4±2 range, so as to ensure that the water samples do not deteriorate;

7.      This instrument offers simple and convenient usages with a 128 × 64 matrix LCD display and operation menus.
