Main Function

   It consists of the cylinder, driving device, supporting and catch wheel device, seal of kiln head and end, hood of kiln head and burning device.

   The kiln shell is the rotary heated part which is made of high quality steel plate by roll bending and welding, it is installed on the supporting devices of sliding or rolling bearings of the 2~7 sections through the riding rings, and there are the mechanical or hydraulic pressure catch wheels at the supporting devices of one or several sections to controll axial float of the tube; the shell is turned by the ring gear of the driving device installed in the middle of shell according to the required rotary speed; a lage kiln has a auxiliary drive to turn a cylinder in much low speed due to the demand of installation and service; the reliable seal devices of the kiln head and end are installed at the feeding and discharging unit of the tube to prevent the cold air coming in and smoke gas & dust coming out the kiln. The instruments for testing temperature are assembled on the kiln, the components of testing pressure are fixed on the kiln head hood.
