1.Billet( plate) lifter is used for lifting steel billet, aluminum plate &copperplate.

2.Clamp force is produced by lever mechanism through gravity of slab.

3.The opening and close of clamp is controlled by auto latch mechanism.

6.The wide range of available square billet is 100mm-400mm.

The hanging ears, beams, hook form spreaders through the arbor connect together.

There are two structure of Lifting beam, iron channel structure and box-beam structure.

Hanging ears and hooks are made by molded steel or round steel, multi-ply slab Welded.

There are abrasion ply in the contacted position among hanging hook, ear and the hot steel box ear
