CWZ Series Marine or Navy Small-sized Axial Fans

1.       General

CWZ series marine or navy small-sized axial fans are suitable for ventilation of kitchen, lavatory,   bulkhead, the public place and meeting-room etc, in the naval and merchant ships. They are also applicable in other places that suit

2.  Features

The fans have low-noise, small size, tight weight, stable performance, etc.

  In the course of designing manufacturing, we had thought fully of the marine special conditions, the impellers are strictly made by dynamic balance adjustment over speed test. Therefore, the fans also have the features of good-anticorrosion, anti-swing, vibration resistance, shock resistance,   shock resistance, stable running and safety reliable.

  The fans can be used with 380V/220V, 50HZor 440V/220V, 60HZ.

3. Structure

The fans can be made into two structure types, type I (tube type), type II (porthole type):

   I tube type for ventilation of short tubes or fixed on the bulkhead.

   II type fixed on porthole. It can be fixed on the porthole or the bulkhead. Since it s water-proof it can be easily opened or closed to keep rain or sea water out.

   Impeller is made of cast aluminum alloy, casing is welded by steel sheet.

5.Use and maintenance

5.1 Before installing the fans, should check whether each part is intact, whether the components are complete, whether the impeller and casing rotating direct are concordant.

5.2   When installing the duct of the inlet and outlet, should make the duct and fans be spontaneous identical, not join them forcing, not bring the weight of duct on the fans.

5.3   After installed the fans, check whether there is friction of collide between the impeller and the fixed parts by rotating the impeller. If collision, friction, loud noise or strong vibration happened, the fan should be restart after checking. Avoid the fan being bumped and other substance or liquid entered the fans. Please clean the dust on blade of impeller in time, so as not to break the balance and strengthen the noise.

5.4   The  fans should be started-up while the inlet is opening,

5.5   After the fans wiring, the terminal box should be sealed, avoid the air or water in it.

5.6   As the fans operating, the motor electric current should be control strictly, not exceed the rated electric current. Avoid the motor burning,

5.7   The fans maintain must be done on stop working time. When burning, after check, should whether the every part of fans is normal.

5.8   As some fault occurred in fans operating, should find out the reason in time and think a way of resolution.
