1,THE CONDITION OF CONSTRUCTION

a, The ambient temperature and the superficial temperature of the wall should not under 5 after the construction is finished,wind power is not greater than 5.the surface moisture ≤10%

b,Finishing the putting up of the scaffold

c,There are no dust,stains and other things that affect the bonding on the walls.and the external wall should not moist.

1,Skeleton provision 2,Measurement 3,Hanging datum lines;Meanwhile,we can cut lines and confect bonding  4,Plaster the bonding on the back  5,Adhibit the EPS mouldings  6,Fixed by steel card  7,Polishing after dryness  8,Review and finishing

3,THE MAIN POINTS OF CONSTRUCTION

Accoording to the structure design for the insulation thermal,firstly we should produce the line,which can make sure the safty and firmness for sticking . ,during the constructing ,the size of the EPS line decides the area and part of adherance.and position.while it decide whether it needs to strengthen the fiberglass gridding cloth or not.

A,  fiberglass gridding cloth:during the constructing we cut fiberglass gridding cloth according to the requirement size.If the size is suitable ,first of all we should daub paste dose.and then let the .fiberglass gridding cloth under the paste.and then daub the bonding on the uncover part ,during the construction it must make sure the  fiberglass gridding cloth is clean .

B,  paste the PES polystyrene line: the size of the PES polystyrene line is according to customers requirements. If the window frame is squareness ,it can cut 45°angle.and then put the bonding on it .,if your window frame is arcograph we can adopt from the one side to another.

4,BONDING ASSISANT

During the bounding you should use the special tools to extrude the mouldings softly , symmetrically,and use the rule , gradienter to check the platness and verticality.,during the bonding you should observe the dose in roder to overflow ,patch should not beyond 1.5MM, After bonding you should adopt hook ,nail ,plank ect special tools to fixup temporarily ,and backout untile it is stable.

During the construting ,if come into contact with anomalistic empty hole,and slack conduit.
 

5,FINISHING

Review the connection of the mouldings and ensure there is no bonding leak out,then polishing the moulding, in that case ,it will be symmetrical,and slippery, at last spraying the polymer pastern on them.
