1. Production capacity: Board thickness 9.5mm, width 1200mm, the production rate of 14m/min, regarding to the other thickness of the board, will be corresponding changed in production capacity.

Gypsum and a half of water about 6.8kg/m2 ; Water  about 4.8kg/m² ;
Admixture  about 0.1 kg/m2 ; White latex 0.005 kg/m²
Foaming agents  about 0.008 kg/m2; Facing paper about 0.44kg/m²
Starch about 0.006 kg/m2; Heat consumption about 3800kcal/m²
Power consumption  about 0.47kwh/m
Compressed air (10kg/cm2) 3m3/min

A total of 26 persons for one shift working group, of which:
1 squad leader;  Mixing&forming station: 6 persons
