4 All the pictures are the material object photography we took in the studio by professional model and photographer, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw because of light, photograph technique and difference screen, but it will have 95% similarity when you put them on, it also has difference according to different figures. We will try our best to provide the most suitable evening and wedding dress to you.

Shipping and Handling

· We check everything carefully before shipping. The dress and accessories will be packed in a box. You may need to have the dress pressed before wearing it.

· Because of our large shipping quantity, we can get big discount from EMS company, so most of items will be shipped by international Express Mai Service. you will be provided a tracking number once the parcel is on the way.

· Take advantage of a combined shipping discount if you buy multiple items from us at the time of checking out.

· Insurance is recommended for all shipments. We'll not be responsible for items damaged in transit if insurance is not paid.

Refund/Exchange Policy 

l         Due to the nature of the item and sanitary reason, all sales are final. Exchange only on defective items upon delivery. Refund is not available. Please exam the item before opening the clear plastic wrap. Customers are responsible for return shipment. We will send out the replacement at our cost.

l         We accept return if there are large difference between the photography and the goods you receive. Please contact us for return authorization before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The return items must be in the original condition, unworn or altered, and must be returned with all original tags and documents if any. If the product has been chipped, scratched, or damaged, we wont accept the return items.

If you are urgent for your dresses, please confirm your order details early to us, tell us the deadline which you need get your dress at latest. We will try our best to catch your important day.

2. Can I make some changes to this dress?
Yes, you can. We try our best to accommodate all special requirements you may have. we can make your dress according to your measurement,there will be a small premium depending on the work required. Please feel free to contact us to discuss about it
