Ez cover is designed for wine to breathe a bit after bottling, we apply the patent in this field, which has acquired authorization of Chinese patent bureau.

This item consists of high strength stainless steel wire, PP cap( with cork in the centre of PP cap for wine to breathe a bit after bottling ) and gasket.

Wire: dia 2.8 high strength stainless steel wire, bended by machine, uniform demension, smooth surface, metal elements contained comply with food tableware grade.

Cap: made from PP, injected to shaping. There is a small hole in the centre of PP cap, insert natural cork. PP material with innoxious and flavourless, high and low temperature-resistant. Natural cork is yew wood for wine to breathe a bit after bottling. Logo can be printed on surface of PP cap ( there are various of print technics ).

Gasket: made from silicone rubber. Silicone rubber is the best seal material now, high and low temperature-resistant, innoxious and flavourless, good seal. There are shaped and flat, white and red, be available.

Ez cover is specialized in designing for wine. Traditional wine after bottling need seal with tiny-hole cork, making wine after bottling breathe a bit, making wine riper and its texture better. Because natural log with breathing a bit is seldom, now many manufacturers choose synthetic cork, but synthetic cork has only seal function. It cannot breathe a bit after bottling, it is bad for wine to grow healthfully after bottling. And some of synthetic material doesn’t meet request of environment-protective, and has been banned in the developed countries. To add yew wood in the centre of PP cap, solving breathing a bit. For traditional cork, it is hard for cork to keep complete in the course of opening. As savouring and drinking healthfully, wine bottle cap need to be opened and closed again and again.
