The working principle is like heat exchange. The vacuum tubes collect the sunshine and make the water in tubes to be hot, and then the water in tank will circulate with the water in tubes. And finally the water in tank will be very hot. And there is one coil inside the tank, we use the water goes through the copper coil, we never use the water inside the tank. So the water is fresh.
