8. PLC control system

1) Pallet Lifter

When the fork clip load the pallet board into the lifter , it star to push board one by one. It was control by photoelectricity switch.

2) Pusher & conveyor

Belt conveyor transfer the board into cleaner.

3) Cleaner

By using brush and vacuum to cleaning the dust of the board surface.

4) Board Transfer System

It will pick up the clean board on the top of paper

5) Paper Stock Frame

Stock the roll paper

6) Belt Feeding Table

Belt feeding table will feed the board with paper automatically. The belt design for high temperature as well.

7) Main Press

By using additional thicker parts to promote the strength of body. Extend the lift time.

8) Vacuum Unloading System

Easy way to unload the finished products, less damage as well. It was brand air cylinder.

9) Conveyor for trimming and checking

When the board passing this position, it will auto trimming the left and right side. Then the trimming system will trim the rest two sides. After finish it, the cylinder will pick up the board and to check the bottom side of finished products.

10) Stock lifter with two position(option)
