Structure & Function of Hydraulic Static Pile Driver
Hydraulic Static Pile Driver consists of clamping and piling mechanism, lifting mechanism, hoisting mechanism, hydraulic system, electric system, etc, with the functions of hoisting, pressing, walking and steering.

Application Scope
1). No limitation on pile length. suitable to work under various geological conditions, such as collapsible loess, silty clay, sand bed, sedimentation geological stratification and fill stratum and so on.
2). No noise, No pollution during construction, especially suitable for operations in areas with noise control such as schools, social communities, and urban areas.
3). No vibrations. Suitable for vibration-control areas such as subways, overpass, dangerous buildings, precision instrument buildings and those nearby banks.

A.     the patented pile clamping mechanism and its control system makes pile clamping reliable, keeps pile from being

damaged, and can allow thin-wall-pile be driven easily.1 set of clamping jaw is composed by 4 pieces of blocks, which are separately and directly driven by 4 pieces of oil cylinders in the clamping box. There are auto-swing mechanisms behind the clamping jaws. If clamping jaws don’t hold the pile in the right way, auto-swing mechanisms can adapt the clamping blocks to keep full touch in the surface of pile. As a result, the damage of pile is fully eliminated.

B. We design a support pillar under every lifting cylinder. Therefore, lifting cylinders only supply the power of rise and down, avoiding its damage by steering force and lateral force during the movement of machine.

C. Two support pillars are moving on the same guide rail, and connected by a thick stick to prevent damage caused by the lifting pressure reply on one support pillar.

 D. Outside-fixed Cantilevers are connected with the machine body by hinge axis. Its rigidity and strength is 30% better than insert cantilevers. After using the machine for a period, you’ll find the gap between the insert joint of insert cantilevers become bigger and bigger.

 F. The patented auto-reset mechanism (two iron sticks) keeps the guide track of the short boat parallel all the time and protects the damage by unparallel.
