Brief description

1.       excellent anti-abrasion: its friction factor is  0.1-0.3 which is 1/4 times of Bakelite and

          1/3 Babbitt metal, so it is a kind of self-lubrication materials.

2.       good mechanical propertiesstrong surface hardness and high tensile resistance, anti-

          bending strength , anti-impact and high ductility. Its tensile strength is almost the same

          with metal, its tearing strength is almost the same with the cast iron and duralumin 

          etc such metal materials.

3.       Excellent chemical stability: it is not unacted on week acid, alcohol, ester, cooper,     

          hydrocarbon oils.

4.       widely heat and hot resistance: it can keep a certain mechanical strength in the -60

          temperature, the heat resistance temperature is 80-100.

5.       light proportion: its proportion is between 1.05-1.15

          The MC Nylon hose is as the replacement of cooper tube, we can watch the liquid

          fluxion directly, and the tubes can be produced bending freely according to customers

          requirements.
