MD503 is a natural polymerizable phenolic compound derived from cashew nut shell liquid(CNSL), called Cardanol.

MD503 can replace all kinds of phenols to synthesize new materials such as surfactants, high performance phenolic resins etc and mostly used in the following fields: brake pads, adhesives, foundry resins and paper-base laminates etc.

This product can also replace tung oil to apply in fields of coatings, printing inks, paper-base laminate etc.
