I do offer a refund if items are returned to me within 14 days, however I do not refund postage costs unless the item is defective or I have sent the wrong item by mistake.

I am lenient with payment, however I would like some communication from you letting me know when you are planning to pay.  I understand that things come up and there are all sorts of problems facing us in life, but if I haven't heard from you by a week after purchase, I will send you a payment reminder.  If I still haven't heard from you after another week I will call a dispute to retrieve my fees and re-list the item.
