Ready-mixed Concrete Mixing Machinery:
Combining our own experience with European technology, Xin Da Machinery manufactures environmental friendly Ready-mixed Concrete Batching Plant. Our products come with automatic twin-computer synchronization controlling systems that are capable of controlling and managing production flow with one or two computers. Our versatile products find wide application for pre-cast pipes, components, dam construction and marine construction.
- Batcher: 4* aggregate bins and adopting separate weighing system.
- Conveyor: adopting the flat belt, which distribute the materials fast and little vibration; with walk aisle, so easy clean and maintenance.
- Mixer: adopting (synchronization coupling) twin-shaft compulsory mixer, it can mix evenly and fast, the ability is strong.
- Control system: controlled by IPC with whole auto-operate, with the 15 years experience, the controlling procedure is designed perfectly. And the system needn't professional to operate. The people who get simple training can operate.
- Environmental: with perfect dust collector and external packing, full closed, pack the mixing tower and belt conveyor with colorized steel corrugated plate, protect environment, clean and beauty.
- Mixing Plant is operated in high voltage power. (Three-phase alternate current.380V/50HZ)
