1. Customer to send the enquiry with brief/detailed requirements.

2. CHL to provide the professional quotation with details to customers based on customer's request.

3. Customers to confirm the price, delivery time, artwork, payment terms and etc.

4. CHL to send the pro-forma invoice to customers for payment purpose.

5. Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost or deposit to CHL.

6. CHL to produce the pre-production sample as per customer’s specific requirements.

7. CHL to provide the photos of pre-production sample or send the real samples for approval.

8. Customers to confirm the pre-production samples.

9. CHL to start the mass production after getting customer’s approval for pre-production sample.

10. CHL to send the photos of mass production and mass products to customer for reference.

11. Customers to conduct the QC inspection before goods delivery to forwarder’s warehouse.

12. Customer to arrange the balance to CHL if inspection result is within the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level).

13. CHL to arrange the goods delivery and book the shipping space with forwarder.

14. Forwarder to arrange the Customs clearance in China and load to vessel.
