Our company has developed two series of sorter machine for rice sorting solutions since last 10
years, which are Z series and C series based on different optical sensor technology, both series is
designed for super fine sorting solutions in rice cleaning process. Our machine can successfully remove discolored, chalky, fermented articles from good accepted rice, with being capable of different sorting mode, our sorter is able to work for different kind of rice like black rice, white rice, transparent rice, red rice, brown rice, basmati rice, Pakistani rice, parboiled rice, small round rice, milky rice, long size of rice, short size of rice, broken rice etc.

Definition of our color sorter :YJT rice/grain color sorter are integrated with high end Optics with precision electronics that combines embedded system with Digital Image Technique perfectly. Color sorting is a solution for separating unwanted contamination and foreign material from good material based on COLOR and type. Color sorting depends upon the principle of differentiating the color of foreign material from the good one by using advanced CCD or High Resolution sensors which use image capturing process to check these unwanted / discoloured or defected grains.  The defects are removed at high speeds of even 10 T/H successfully without any human interface required. The final Result -  Uniform , Single Color Product which adds value to any brand or food value of grains.

Our 6SXMOEA series of color sorter is one type of optical sensor color sorting machine, these products are our traditional products, the performance stably, also with lower cost. This series optical sorter machine have four types: 6SXMOE-160, 6SXMOE-240, 6SXMOE-320 and 6SXMOE-440, their main difference is the capacity, and can meet different size of company's request. Also the capacity is to be altered subject to the material type and different processing capacity and contamination ratio in original grains, we will as your company's material type and output to give you our best type of machine.
