Description

The winding of motor stator adopts water-proof electromagnetic wire with good insulating and water-proof functions and rotor adopts squirrel-cage structure. Submersible pump is a water lifting tool, with the motor and pump integrated into a whole body and submerged into water. It is used to draw water from a deep well, or from river, reservoir and aqueduct etc.  

Application

CQW (WQ) series sewage pump is mainly used for Municipal works, Industry buildings, Hotels,

Hospitals, Civilair defence; Mines etc. Trades to draw off the sewage, wast water, rain water and

living water in cities containing solid grains and various fabrics.

1, using a unique double channel non-clogging impeller structure, improve the sewage overcurrent and discharge capacity.
2, automatic mixing device. Have strong stirring force, stir pool sink precipitate into suspended solids and inhale into impeller to discharge, achieve the dredging effect.
3, cutting board divides base into two. Stir, mix and water are not interaction.
4, double-end face mechanical seal, long-term in the oil chamber,ensure pump safe and reliable operation.
5, vice impeller structure of the fluid dynamic seals, both auxiliary sealing function,to protect the mechanical seal. And also balance the axial force, extending bearing service life.
6, Can be customized with water leakage detecting probe if the customer needs . When water leakage happens, the probe will make signal, control system implementation of protection on pump. Our company can equip with automatic safety protection and control cabinet.
7, Motor stator uses class B and class F insulation,equipped with thermal protector, 2.2kW contains or below when the motor overload to heat,protector makes action in time, cut off power supply automatically, so that after cooling the motor automatically operates, in order to avoid overload burning the motor,take the pump and motor insulation protection.
