1. Brief Product Introduction:

The product 8#, a kind of various surfactants compound, as the result of synergy, can give full play to various surface active agents, so it is with the excellent performance which a single surfactant can not match.

The product is stable in acid, alkaline, hard water and other metal salts. It is with good state, as transparent liquid, easily soluble in water, good biodegradability, without pollution to the environment.

2. Performance Index:

1. Appearance: transparent yellow uniform liquid.

2. Solubility: easily soluble in cold water.

3. PH: 7-9

3. Characteristics:

1. The product is water soluble, with strong hydrophilic force.

2. The product is with strong adhesion. After using it, the rubber products will not be sticky, but bright, no-oily and beautiful appearance.

3. It can be used for cleaning the floating oil on the rubber products surface which has been vulcanized.

4. Recommended using method:

1. Dilute the product with water as 1:4-6 and use it after adjustment.

2. You can adjust the diluting proportion according to different rubber formula.

5. Packing and storage:

1. Packing in 200kg/drum, 50kg/drum.

2. Storage temperature: ≥10°C. When storing it in low temperature, if solidification appears, please heat it. After melting, stir it evenly, that will not affect its performance.

6. Attentions:

The product is non-toxic, non-combustible. But we can not guarantee that every one can adapt it.. And please go to hospital for treatment if bad reaction appears.
