3. Quality Control

Special supervision team to control quality, all products will be inspected carefully to essure the quality,then we will submit photos of our paintings work you preview and approval.

4. How the package was packed and shipping

1). Paintings without frame, cover the plastical foil on each painting to protect,carefully roll and put into tube. Shipping by express like DHL UPS or TNT,it will take 3-5days to your door.

2). Gallery wrapped paintings are shrink plastical packed, with corner protection, several pieces into 5-layers carton, one each MDF board is fitted to the front and back of the paintings so that the paintings won't damaged during the shipping by sea.

3).Framed paintings can be package by bubble wraping with MDF Box or bubble wraping with carton wraping+polywood packing, shipping by sea.

4).Do not pressure the final label affixed.

5).Canvas with PVC pipe packing, solid, waterproof, compression;

6. Leadtime and Payment

1) Leadtime: Usually we can shipping your painting within 5-10work days, for some bulk order we can negotiate, we always keep the timeline once we make a promise.

2) Payment: By bank transfer, Paypal,Moneybookers,Western Union or Moneygram

7. Custom Work's Process

1). Send your photo/drafts via trademanager or Email with detials of size,quantity and your special request.

2).We quote your price and shipping cost,you pay us in advance,then we start your work.

3). Work will be finish 5-10work days,then we will send your picture for preview and approval

4). We will arrrange the shipping as we got your approval and balance.
