Application and Features:
The aluminum foil laminating machine is applied to laminating various roll materials, such as plastic film, PE( 25-150um),paper(30-150um), and aluminum foil(7-3um), etc, in two-layer or multi-layer manner.
This aluminum foil laminating machine adopts Siemens PLC control system, Japanese YASKAWA frequency converter, tension closed-loop control system, roller stable system, programmable control and man-machine interface, which reach an international advanced level.
1. Siemens PLC control system: fully auto control the production.
2. Seven frequency convertion control system;
Japanese YASKAWA frequency converter.
3. Man-machine interface displays and controls machine’s working state, speed, tension and other parameters.
4. Air-expansion shaft: for first unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder.
5. Photoelectric correction device: for first unwinder.
6. Auto closed-loop tension controller: for the film on first unwinder,second unwinder,rewinder and the oven.
Tension is automatically tested and displayed when the machine is working.
7.Mesh roller: for glue spreading;
Scraper from Switzerland: to oscillate when glue spreading.
8.The inner of laminating hot-roller: heated by heat-conducting oil with even temperature and energy saving.
9.Pneumatic pressure machanism: for glue spreading pressing roller and laminating pressing roller, whose pressure can be regulated.
10.Pneumatic open-type oven:the total length of oven is 8 m;
The inner guiding rollers shaped in arch: driven by chain initiatively;
Walkway and guard rail: at the side of the oven.
11.The oven devided into four sections of independent temperature control:the temperature in every section can be regulated independently;
External electric heating system.

Hot air circulation structured in the oven: can save much energy
13.The air exhausting equipment in the entrance of the oven: discharges high concentration gas which volatilizes in the beginning.
