• 1. Delivery Time:

  100 pcs: in 3~5 days,500~1000 pcs: In 5~7 days, 10Kpcs in 10 days,after sample approved and payment received.  Rush Service is available for certain products at an extra charge.

• Shipping Delays: We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified for each product, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by
  factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
• 5. Artwork Requirements: Why .ai or.eps?  For logo imprint or engraving, the logo image or text must be provided as a vector file.
  The main reason is because vector images retains its clarity when scaled up or down.
• 6. Certificates: For SGS certificate and other special requirments, also indicate them in your email.
• 7. Warranty: All products carry a Three Year Warranty, and most of our other items carry a One Year Warranty. Honorwell will replace any defective merchandise for a brand new item within the warranty period from the original invoice date.
  Any products which are replaced by Honorwell will not be printed with customer's logo, but will come blank unless the reprint is for 25 units or more. For any reprints that are under 25 units, a set up fee of $75.00 USD will be applied.
