Harmonic Filter Series Reactor Features:

1.   This reactor has two types, single phase and three phase, all are iron core and dry.
2.   Iron core using high-quality ,low-loss, cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, core column is evenly divided by the number of air subparagraph, the air gap using epoxy glass cloth laminated board to be a interval, to ensure that the air gap of reactor does not change in operation process.
3.   The coil using H or C paint coated flat wire winding, closely spaced and uniform, appearance without insulation layer, with good heat dissipation.
4.    The coil and core of the reactor are integrally assembled after prebaking→Impregnation→hot bake curing process, using H grade varnish, make the coil and core of reactor tightly together, not only greatly reduce operating noise, but also has a very high level , ensure reactor can safety, noiseless operation at high temperatures.
5.     Exposed parts are adopted for corrosion resistance, leads to the terminal using the cold pressure welding of copper terminals.
6.  The reactor compared with the domestic similar products with advantages of low loss temperature rise, good linearity, good appearance.
