SJ-AW120 model Water Ring Pelletizing Machine

I. Functions and scope of application

Disposable water ring hot cutting plastic granulator by us is applicable for high and low pressure polyethylene and plastic granulation. The machine is designed with auto constant temperature controller, electrical (hydraulic) filter changing device, and one-time long screw injection. The grinding head adopts frequency changing motor for hot cutting. It may granulate according to the feed speed of the main machine. The machine has the advantages of low productivity, low noise, stable performance, high granulating quality, and convenient operation. It is an ideal granulator for waste plastic film circulation.

The machine adopts optical, electrical, and pneumatic control system, resulting in high reliability. The machine is applicable for high and low density polyethylene and plastic granulation
