• Shell

- Crowned steel shell with ti-rust oil , carbon steel or 304stainless steel

- Surface be treated with screw lathe, rubber lagging or plastic wheel

- Different Length of shell are available

• Motor

- AC induction motor , open-ended oil-impregnated. By Euro Standard IEC.

- By symmetrical winding, and the winging insulation class is F/H

- Most common voltages available are 1*115--1*230V and 3*380—3*415V at 50 or 60 Hz(3-phase & 1-phase motors)

- Backstop (anti run-back) or electromagnetic brakes are available

- with thermal protector

• Gear box

- High strength cast iron gearbox.

- Steel gear transmission.

- Gears manufactured from alloyed casehardened steel ground and/or honed to a high quality finish ensuring low noise level and longevity

• Sealing system

- Triple shaft sealing system—degree of protection IP66/67 (standard IEC norm)

- Noise level is 52-60db measured at 1m distance in complete sound dead room

- Tested before shipment for the Press, electrical and noise

• Oil

- Pre lubricated with oil and oil change recommended every 50,000 hours

• Cable outlet

- Straight connection

- Elbow connection

- aluminium terminal box

- Cable length minimum 1.2 meters outside shaft

• Package

- Carton/wooden box

- For the food service industry, the shell use 304stainless steel; the Shaft&2 end closure nickelaged

• To be used in the horizontal position only
