How to use and keep thermal grease

1. Clear off particles or residue from the contact surfaces of the heat source and heat sink.

2. Apply an appropriate amount of thermal grease on the heat source, that contacts the heatsink,

then spread evenly. .when apply the thermal grease and don’t allowed to leave bubble in the

thermal grease, or the air in the gap will play the role of insulation. Another point which is

necessary to clarify is that we should know if there have excessive volume metal powder or

graphite in the thermal grease before we use the grease as they will cause a short circuit.

3. Install the heat sink at the temperature 15-25°C.
