   1	heat preservation	UPVC is a material of low heat conductivity,0.02-0.046W/mK. It is 1/1250 of Aluminium,1/1500 of Matel,1/40 of Cement,1/20 of clay.
   2	sound insulation	For the three-chamber-cavities' design, after welding,  Profiles will form two separate sealed cavities and an  open drainage cavity. It is tested that the window with  5mm thickness single-layer glass , noise <20db. That is consistent with the provisions of DIDN4109
   3	resistance to weathering	With add a modifier and UV absorbers in PVC profile , It will not to be aging , not to fading and not to be brittle between 70 °C -30 °C
   4	flame resistance	The profiles for UPVC windows and doors is not spontaneous, not combustion. It also can be self-extinguishing.
   5	shock resistance	It will not broken under the shock of the hammer with 1 KG at -10 °C ,because of the special shock resistance formulas.
   6	watertightness	Water absorption <0.1%, frame and sash are designed with separate drainage systems, rain water can completely cut off from the outside, water tightness meets the requirement of DIDN18055.
   7	air tightness	There is a rubber seal between the window frames and the glass. and there is sealed strip between the frame and the leaf.  It is tested that the gap per unit length of ventilation is under 4m3/mm/hm . The air conditon can work very well in the house and save energy .
   8	decay resistance	PVC doors and windows can be decay-resistance ,gas-resistance . Suitable for coastal areas, heavy industry.

•       Inapplicability

           Compared with the metal products, the softening point  of UPVC is low. So It is not suitable for long-term use in the envionment ≥   70 °C or  ≤ -30 °C.
