About product introduction:
Shibo jaw crusher are ideal for primary and secondary crushing. With the increase of production, our jaw crusher can greatly reduce the operating costs. And it is of reliability and flexibility. The large feed opening and force-feeding action from the inward and downward eccentric movement of the swing jaw mean that our jaw crusher can increase the capacity. The jaw has a smaller discharge setting, allowing for a higher degree of flexibility with relative equipment. Positive setting adjustment is easy. The jaw crusher has features of simplicity, easy access and low maintenance.
Working Principle:
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves . So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
