RAL 9005 black Matt Powder Coatings

Main composition
Mainly made of polyester resin and curing agent, leveling agent, pigment, filler and other addictives. 

Also call weatherability powder coating or outdoor type powder coating.

Application
Construction aluminium profile, advertisement board, outdoor lamps, highway guardrail, road fence, 

outdoor metal furnitures, lamp pile, crust of air conditioner, agricultural equipment or can be used 

on the surface coating of other metal work that require good performance in the environment of 

high-intensity ultraviolet ray.

       
Product series

1- Available in standard curing and lower temperature curing
2-  Available in multi-colors, different gloss level such as high gloss ( above 90°), flat gloss( 70- 80°), semi gloss ( 10-60°), matt( below 10°), particular color and gloss is made according 

 to customers’ requirements.
3- Available in various kinds of art textures, such as sandy, wrinkle, lanose grain, hammer tone, 

metallic effect etc.

Physical property
Specific gravity: 1.4~1.8g/cm3 (varied with different color and gloss)
Particle size: average 10~38um, proportion 10~84um > 90%, it can be adjusted if special 

requirement is put forward to us in advance.

Curing temperature
Standard type: 180°C/15-20 minutes
Or 160°C/20 minutes, 200°C/10 minutes if customer require

Pre-treatment
The overall quality of the coating system is largely dependent on the type and quality of the pre-treatment.

Carton packing with liner of double polyethylene bags, Net weight :25kg each.

The material will melt and extrud ,after cooling ,it will be crushed into pieces .At last ,the pieces will be put into the micro grinding machine ,the powder have come out .All the procedure finished .

Packed by standard carton ,carton pattern can be designed according to customer's requirement .carton size :38x29x32cm ,about 0.04 cube ,the net weight is 25 kg per carton ,gross weight is  26 kg per carton .

We will pack it well ,Sometime ,we will put the heat resistance bags inside the carton in case of the long time and hot weather shipping .

The product are prodected well before shipping ,We store it in good condition ,the ventilated dry and clean room with the tempreture below 30  centigrade .Not to be close to fire and heat and kept out firect sunlight .
