Functions & advantages: It’s bases is saturated fatty amine with 12~14 carbochain, it is the white solid(25°C),  and if the temperature is over the 27°C, it will become the lard shape. The PH is about 8, Usually insoluble in water unless via acid. After dissolving, the solution can strongly change mineral surface of hydrophobic, reduce the surface of metal ore potential energy, excellent selectivity for metal ore, and it got the purpose by prompting mineral particles attached in the air bubbles, and it is nontoxic , harmless, no corrosion, it is also the advanced environmental protection product.

Product use: The series of products mainly for zinc oxide ore, such as zinc lode, bonamite, hydrozincite, willemite, etc. It has strong collecting and good selectivity for oxidized ore flotation. It is also has better effect on oxidized iron such as Limonite, and hematite.

Usage: Floatation 30-80g per ton of raw ore. It should by warm water dissolved in hydrochloric acid, you’d better clean the ore before putting in the medicine, then put one or two conditioners to regulate, When the time you put into the LF3, pls. use sodium , calcium carbonate and soda ash to adjust the PH. Usually zinc oxide ore powder should control about 200 mesh.                               

Note: It doesn’t matter for slightly volatility and uneven color. Because of the effects will be different with the different mineral, the gangue and embedded distribution. Please make the appropriate dosage and PH value according to the situation by making more experiments.
