Instant Dissolve Softener RL-309

Instruction

Emeer softener RL-309 is a cationic  textile chemical with outstanding anti-static effect, it apply to finishing of  textile garment and fabric with a soft, smooth and fluffy effect. The product is environmental protection, and in line with European and American clothing softening requirements.

 Property
Appearance: slight yellow powder to small granules
Component: Special high active cationic polyester quaternary ammonium salt
PH value :4.5-6.5 10% SOL

Feature

1. Good water-solubility, soft and smooth, antistatic, low scum;
2. It can be used alone or used with organic silicon softener EM-8300.
3. It most advantage: using comveniently, saving energy, saving manpower, it can put into machine directly without diluting

4. It is upgraded version for all the cationic quaternary ammonium salt agent , it instead of softener  flake, silicone oil and softener paste.

5. when using it finishing fabric drying in the high temperature, the fabric yellowing phenomenon is very low.

6. In the denim washing ,For the Denim have nostalgic and chromatography finishing when using It will not cause changing the color and stripping

 Application

    1. In dyeing and finishing plant, after finishing cotton, hemp, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other synthetic yarns and fabric ;

2. In washing plant, it apply for finishing denim, washing cloth, knitwear, It fits for cloth after stone washing and enzyme washing.

3. Fabric after soft finishing doesn’t distort when pulled to required width

 Dissolution Method

1. Dissolved in cold water: firstly take the product by 6% -10% ratio into the 30 °C water, and proper mixing to avoid bonding, time about 3-5 minutes, and soak for 1-2hrs, and then stir slowly until the solution become sticky.

2. Dissolved in hot water: firstly take the product by 6% -10% ratio into the 30 °C water ,stir for  3-5mins and begin to ajust the temperature unit heated to 35 °C -40 °C, and stir slowly until becom sticky . and then cool for using.

3. Please filter before using it for softening

 Use Method

1. In the dyeing and finishing plant,

1). Padding Method: 2-3g / L, temperature 30 °C-40 °C

2). Immersion method: 0.3-0.8% (owf), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 35 °C-45 °C, time 15-30min.

2. In washing plant or knitting mill

1). when it soft for 2mins, take the product to machine directly, in the washing plant, usually 100-150pcs denim/ machine and its use quantity is 300-500g.

 2). when it soft less than 1mins, we advice to dilute it by hot water firstly and then put it to machine.

 Use Feature
Under normal operation of the machine,

when take it in the water of  35 °C ~ 45 °C, It can be completely dissolved and fabric can be absorbed in 1mins

when take it in the water of 30 °C ~ 40 °C, It can be completely dissolved and fabric can be absorbed in 2mins;

when take it in the water of 25 °C ~ 35 °C, It can be completely dissolved and fabric can be absorbed in 3mins;

It best dissolution temperature is  35 °C ~ 45 °C, the best soft time is 3-5mins, the best water PH value is about PH = 7 for dissolving and without adding other acid-base materials; the best condition of water quality is soft water (0 ~ 159ppm, as CaCO3) , if the water is too hard which will reduce the speed of dissolution and solubility.

 Package and storage

1. 25kg Woven bags.

2. Waterproof and dampproof , Put in the cool and dry place, if the package opend too long and it absorb moisture, which will not effected.

3. Sealed for one year
