FK6 HY-3 High Speed Draw-Texturing Machine

FK6 HY-3 high speed draw-texturing machines are a new type machine recently developed.
Adopting the apron false twist method, the product range is 33 – 660Dtex,
and maximum mechanical speed is 1200m/min.

Features:
1) The apron false twist unit consists of two pieces of apron forming a
certain angle. When the aprons run, there is minimal slip between the yarn
and apron, and torque is transmitted to the yarn by the apron. The apron false
twist unit can cause higher friction force than the disc friction unit.
With the apron friction unit precisely controlling twist, yarn damage is low,
and "snow" is not produced. Moreover, the tightness range of POY is wide,
and the apron false twist device can process various fancy yarns and special products.
2) Besides the unique feature of the apron false twist unit, model FK6 HY-3
also has the features of high speed, stability, easy control, etc.
3) Apron contact pressure of the whole machine is realized through cylinder
pressure being controlled by a discharge-pressure valve. The pressure
difference on partial spindles can be eliminated through adjusting the
spring, so that the whole machine has the same pressure.
4) When yarn breakage is detected by the yarn sensor, the solenoid valve
is shut down, and aprons are separated automatically, thus aprons can be
protected and extended service life.
5) Twist direction is S, Z, or alternate S and Z. The distance between roller
W2 and the secondary heater is extended 80mm, which allows convenient
installation of the middle intermingling yarn device.
6) The height of the machine is lowered, which spares workshop space. It
conforms to man-machine engineering principles and has a highly efficient
mechanical layout.
7) The online tension system is optional, and can realize close-loop control
of the apron pressure.
