Plastic Circle Thread Extrusion Machine

Consisting of Drawing ,Winding,Knitting,Setting and Cutting Machines,
this assembly is designed and developed on the up-to -dated technology,
by utilizing HDPE&PP round filaments as its materials.
The round filaments drawn out from the drawing machine are applicable for the manufacturing
of ropes/cables,fishing nets construction safty nets,sunshielding nets,artificial
hair,mosquito nets,brushes as well as protective nets for 
the cotton fields.
The plastic circular loom series have different spinnerets as 120,180,260 
with the filament ranging from 0.15 to 0.25mm and the winding spindles of 130,
192 and 288 seperately.
The productivity of the assembly is 15-50kg/h.
The assembly is compacted in its structure.A DC motor is used for drawing thus a
synchronous speed regulation and a single speed regulation can be achieved to meet
the different parameters.
The spinnerets are produced by the most advanced way so that the flatness and 
eveness of the filament can be ensured.
