Operations:

go up to the top or the upper limit of the blind
b) Pull the lower tube downwards to be about 3cm and then leave it, the blind
will go up to the top or the upper limit of the blind
4) Stop at any position when rolling up the blind: Draw the chain or pull thelower
tube downwards to be about 3cm
