Poly Catalyst

Features:
1) SCG-1 series catalysts are used in the manufacture of polyethylene products of
various densities, removing the need for users to change catalysts for the
production of low, middle and high density PE products of narrow MWD
2) This product is a type of high efficiency vapor phase TKCl 4 -Mg dry powder catalyst
newly developed for the Unipol polyethylene production process
3) Recommended applications:
a) Works normally in vapor fluid bed reactors, with operation easily controlled, and
minimal static agglomeration in bed layers and flash polymerization in the reactor
b) Shows high activity
c) Rapid in performance and termination, therefore more suitable for use in
operations under conditions with high load condensation
d) Sensitive to hydrogen control, showing a better response to hydrogen than M-1
catalysts
e) Shows a better response to polymerization than M-1 catalysts
f) Compared to M-1 catalysts, model SCG-1 shows better particle size and narrow
particle distribution without broken particles, particle convergence or
conglutination
g) Good fluidity in metering and loading in catalyst feeding funnels
