Hot Stamped Foil for PU, PVC and Leather

Features:

    absolutely replace the products from German, Korea and Taiwan

4) Application conditions: 
    a) Appropriate stamping foil and techniques ought to be chosen according to 
        different materials
    b) Much attention must be paid to the good match of temperature and  
        gluewater as well as heat preservation time
5) Recommended stamping parameter: 130 - 150°C; heat preservation for 
    about 12 hours in glasshouse of 50°C 
6) Roll sizes (W x L): 
     a) Width: 1.10 - 1.65m
     b) Paper core: 3" paper core
     c) Normal length: 1,000m; 2,000m
     d) Special dimensions can be produced for any length and width according  to
         special orders
