UV stabiliser masterbatches based on a high performance polymeric hindered amine (HALS) in a low density polyethylene carrier.
These masterbatches provide good UV stabilisation in a wide variety of polyolefin film applications such as:- LDPE, LLDPE, ethylene copolymer film, HDPE extruded tapes and films. The highly effective HALS used in PE makes these products very efficient at the stabilisation of thin section articles, such as films below 100 micron thickness.
ADDITION RATE: The wide variety of applications and world climatic conditions make it difficult to provide a short, comprehensive guide line to addition levels. However some typical suggested levels are given below and specific recommendations can be provided by Colloids Technical and Sales staff on request.
