Automatic Paper Cup Shaper and Paper Bowl Form Machine

CIL-ZH-200 paper cup shaper is an automatic machine with multi-running 
positions. This machine runs a whole procedure of paper-feeding, gluing, oiling, 
bottom punching, heating, rolling, rounding and tripping. The production of 
beverage and ice cream cups with single side adhibitting membrane and other 
food cone shaping containers.

Working procedure: 
Original cardboard-cut into piece-printing-mold cutting-put wall paper of the paper
cup and the bottom paper of the paper cup-shift the wall paper of the paper cup-adhering
wall paper of paper cup-shift the bottom paper of the paper cup-adhering
bottom paper of the paper cup-then turnover--embossed--reel in side-finished
product-packing
