Car paint basecoat--YT-1K Metallic Colors:

1) Made of several durability-improved resins

2) High quality basecoat

3) Good coverage

4) Can be blended to optimum metallic, solid or pearl colour effects

5) Excellent adhesion and intercoat adhesion

6) Substrates:

    a) Existing finishes that have been de-greased and sanded with #1000 wet;
    b) YT-2K Primer Surfacer;    

    c) YT-222 Putty coated surface.

7) Surface Cleaning: Remove wax , silicon and other impurities with degreaser

8)Mixing Ratios:

   i. <15^oC YT-1K Metallic Basecoat: 100 parts

              X-11 Thinner: 80-100 parts

   ii. 15-30°C (or above)YT-1K Metallic Basecoat: 100 parts

                                    X-1 All Purpose Thinner or X-2 Slow Drying Thinner: 80-100
