Technique: chemical etching
Normal Etching process:
Materials ready (cut material into suitable pieces),
Raw material cleaning (to remove oxide layer,etc),
Photoresist coating (Lamination on the material) ,
Exposure Process (to make the imaging on the plate),
Developing (to make the image fixing on the plate),
High Temperature Baking,
Etching (chemical corrosion),
Final Cleaning for finished product,
Quality Inspection by quadratic element equipment.

Character: precision double etching, smooth surface on both edges, no embossment, no convex-concave, no burnisher burr,no warping, any complicated pattern or geometric figure is available. Compared to perforated metal, it does not need polishing, and moreover, it’s very easy to change design and takes shorter producing time. It can produce what perforated metal machine can not produce.
