Usage:
It is widely used for steam cooking and mixing in the process of foodstuff, specially used for viscous material (such as pies, jams, pickles and seasoning etc. )
Characters:
1. SUS304 is adopted as the material of the main pot body, and 316L is the material of inside pot body.
2. This equipment is installed with safety shield and cover, and it adopts the hydraulic drive to start and stop.
3.It takes steam as its heat source, the elliptical body boasts large area of receiving heat, high heat efficiency, even heating, and the temperature is easy to,control.
4. It adopts two-way scraping bottom and sides as the type of materials mixing.
5. Hydraulic drive is adopted in the tilting movement of the pot body.
6. It adopts PLC control system, so the parameter can be set according to the processing situation.
7. It passed the CE-PED authentication.
