1) This machine is the particular equipment for production of the high tenacity,
    low elongation polyester staple fiber
2) This machine can also be used to in the finishing section as the third drafter

1) The specification of the roller: 700 x 750/900/1,150 (the length is decided
    by production capacity)
2) The surface temperature of the roller: 180 degree centigrade (the
    temperature can be adjusted according to the technology)
3) The contact length of the tow with the roller surface is 25.8775m
4) The heating time of the tow is about 7.76 second when the drawing speed
    is about 200m/min
5) Heating media: cycle heating of high temperature steam (the pressure of the
    steam should be 2.5MPa) or media oil
6) This machine is divided into 3 sections, and consists 15 heating rollers; 5
    rollers per group
