This PPR pipe production line is mainly used to produce all kinds of domestic pipes
for the transportation of cold and hot water, as well as industrial pipes for
water supply and air condition systems. A range of pipe diameters and thicknesses
are available. Pipes made with this equipment are nontoxic, corrosion resistant,
low temperature resistant and easy to install.

The PPR pipe production line is a newly designed production line that uses advanced
technique learned from overseas producers. With stable performance and high efficiency, this equipment features grind-resistant screws with high hardness, special
screw stems, a central material-feeding spiral die head, high-speed extruder,
and vacuum forming part.

This product can be used to manufacture PE, PP and PEX pipes by changing the die
heads and shaping devices. It can also produce pipes with different marking lines.
